Accepted Product Categories
Dexcom CGM Sensors
We buy Dexcom G6, G7, and compatible transmitter boxes. All items must be factory sealed, within their expiration date, and in the original packaging. Both full boxes and individual sensor packs are accepted.
Test Strips
We accept all major brands including OneTouch, Accu-Chek, Contour, FreeStyle, and more. Boxes must be sealed and unexpired. We accept single boxes or bulk quantities — the more you have, the more you earn.
Omnipod Pods & PDMs
We purchase Omnipod DASH and Omnipod 5 pods, as well as Personal Diabetes Manager (PDM) devices. Pods must be sealed and unexpired. PDMs should be in working condition with all original accessories included where possible.
What We Cannot Accept
To protect buyers and maintain the integrity of our purchasing program, we are unable to accept certain items. Please review the list below before reaching out — it will save you time and help us process your inquiry faster.

- Damaged packaging — crushed, torn, or water-damaged boxes
- Lancets, syringes, needles, or pen needles of any brand

- Products without original packaging or labeling
